Free UK Mainland Shipping for Orders Over £100
Our UK Delivery Policy
At Juice Master we ship all orders Monday to Friday and orders placed BEFORE 2pm can be delivered the next working day when 1st class or couriers next working day is selected, and the majority within 5 working days of being shipped when free shipping is selected. In very few cases, however, they may take up to 28 days from the date of shipping.
To maximise the speed of delivery, all orders placed BEFORE 2pm and Royal Mail 1st Class or Next Day Courier Delivery is selected, shipped out the same day. You will receive confirmation when your item has been shipped and in the case of courier shipped orders, you can trace the order by calling the Juice Master team on 0345 130 28 29.
Larger deliveries such as juicers are automatically sent with Courier (UK Mainland) and if the order is over £100 you can opt for your order to be sent with Free Shipping (Uk Mainland), all other orders are sent with Royal Mail 1st Class Post. You will be shown the delivery options in the checkout.
Courier deliveries to the UK Mainland deliver Monday to Friday. Royal Mail deliver Monday to Saturday.
If after the 28-day period you do not receive your goods then you need to contact the Juice Master team and we will chase your delivery.
Who Can Get Free UK Shipping?
If your shipping address is in the mainland of the UK and NOT Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Highlands and Irelands or a Channel Ireland. You can benefit from Free Shipping when your order is £100 or more.
Please Note: Free delivery over £100 is only applicable to items purchased from the Juice Master Shop and does not include Juice Master Delivered or Juice Master Fresh Box services. Free delivery does NOT apply during 50% off sales.
EU DELIVERY UPDATE 21ST DECEMBER 2020
Due to the ever-changing Brexit and Covid situation our courier partners have informed us that they will be SUSPENDING ALL DELIVERIES to EU COUNTRIES and some other select countries until further notice. We are doing all we can to find an alternative solution but as it currently stands, sadly, we are unable to fulfil any orders to Ireland or other EU countries at this time. Our International Delivery Policy
Please note that international deliveries are also very fast but may take a little longer than usual depending on the destination country. We use Royal Mail and International Couriers to proivide the quickest and most efficient service.
Please note the following:
You have 10 business days to collect your parcel once it has arrived at the local post office if you are not home to receive your product or given us Authority To Leave.
If your parcel is not collected within this timeframe, the item may be returned to us, depending on your local post office. If this happens you will be charged postage to have the parcel redirected back to you or we will refund the cost of the goods if you do not wish them to be resent to you.
It is out of our control if orders get delayed due to postal strikes or alike with mail / shipping couriers / companies.
Any parcels accepted to be left at an address without a signature (Authority To Leave) will be at the Customers own risk.
