Free UK Mainland Shipping for Orders Over £100

Our Delivery Policy

Juice Master only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

IMPORTANT: Orders to Northern Ireland may be subject to local taxes and duties upon delivery. We advise that you speak with your local authorities for more information before you place your order.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. 

Standard Delivery

Orders under a value of £100 are delivered via Royal Mail and are usually delivered within 2-3 working days. However, please allow up to 7 working days to receive your order in case of unexpected delays. Royal Mail delivers Monday to Saturday. Please note Royal Mail orders are not trackable.

Next Day Delivery

Is available on orders of £100 or more and placed BEFORE 2pm Monday – Thursday. Items will be dispatched the same day Via DHL for delivery the next working day. Orders placed between 2pm on Thursday’s and 2pm on Monday’s will be delivered on the following Tuesday, excluding public holidays. There is a small charge for this service – please refer to the quoted price upon checkout.

Free Delivery on orders of £100 and above

Free Standard Delivery is available on all orders over £100 only.  Orders placed using our Free Standard Delivery service are usually delivered within 1-2 working days via courier. Free delivery is only available to UK mainland and NOT Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands or the Channel Islands.

Oversize Items

More oversized items such as juicers are automatically sent via courier and are usually delivered within 1-2 working days. Couriers deliver Monday to Friday.


Your delivery options will be visible at the checkout. 

You will receive a confirmation when your item has been shipped. You can trace the order by calling the Juice Master team.

Please note the following:

If you are not home to receive your Royal Mail delivery, you have up to 10 business days to collect your parcel once it has arrived at the local post office.

If your parcel is not collected within this timeframe, the item may be returned to us, depending on your local post office. If this happens you will be charged postage to have the parcel redirected back to you or, we will refund the cost of the goods if you do not wish them to be resent to you.

It is out of our control if orders get delayed due to postal strikes with mail / shipping couriers / companies.

Any parcels accepted to be left at an address without a signature (Authority To Leave) will be at the Customers own risk.
