Jason was LIVE on ITV’s This Morning show, where he chatted to the lovely Holly & Phil about the difference between juices blends and smoothies, whilst whizzing up some delicious recipes.

Whether you need to detox, rejuvenate or simply stave off a cold, the Juice Master has the answer.

Juices, blends and smoothies – what’s the different?

Juices – Juices are made using just a juicer, and with high-water fruits and vegetables. You can juice the following: apples, cucumbers, pears, pineapples, carrots, lemons, limes, bulbs of raw beetroot, broccoli and celery.

Blends – Blends are made using a blender and with a combination of fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and liquids. The liquids used for blends are water, coconut water or nut milks. You can blend the following: bananas, avocados, nut butter, mixed berries, yogurt, coconut milk/water, and seeds.

Smoothies – Smoothies are made using a combination of a juicer and a blender. They contain freshly extracted juice, plus other ingredients such as bananas or avocados (which cannot be juiced).
