Green Refresher Juice Recipe

SERVES 1 Serves 1


  • 1 golden delicious Apple
  • 1 Pear
  • 1/4 Cucumber
  • 2 large handfuls of Spinach Leaves
  • 2-3cm Broccoli Stem
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 small handful Ice


Peel the lime. If you don't want to be "Slapped" with lime, feel free to just use half a lime in this recipe. Juice everything, but sandwich the lime, broccoli and spinach in between the apple, pear and cucumber to ensure maximum juice extraction. Pop over ice and enjoy!
