SERVES 1 Serves 1


  • 2 Medium Blood Oranges (must be peeled)
  • 1/4 Medium Pineapple
  • 1 Large Banana
  • 1 Small Handful Ice


1. Peel the oranges, leaving the white pith on to make the juice more nutritious and creamier and then juice followed by the pineapple.

2. Pour the freshly extracted juice into the blender along with the peeled banana and ice.

3. Blend until smooth.
