Warm Goats Cheese Salad Recipe

SERVES 2 Serves 2


  • 400g/14oz Goats Cheese
  • 8 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 70g or 1 Large Handful Black Olives (pitted)
  • 100g or 2 Large Handfuls Mixed Leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp Balsamic Vinegar


Prepare: Firstly, make the Red Onion Marmalade.

Then slice the goats cheese into pieces roughly 2cm wide or 100g each. Chop the cherry tomatoes in half and place in a salad bowl along with the black olives and mixed leaves. Drizzle over the oil and vinegar and lightly mix.

Cook: Place a dry griddle on the hob and turn the heat up nice and high. Once the griddle is hot, add the goats cheese and allow to sear for 1 - 2 minutes, before turning and repeating on the other side.

Serve: Pop the salad on your plate, place the goats cheese on top and finish with a generous spoonful of the red onion marmalade.
