How did you get into juicing?
I started juicing only about 6 months ago when I bought the Phillips easy clean juicer and Jason’s book “The Funky Fresh Juice Book” was included and that started me on my new journey….

How has juicing changed your life?
The whole experience has changed the way I feel about food: it’s no longer for comfort, to fill an emotional void but a healthy approach to looking after myself.
What were your results?
Over this time I’ve lost about 7lbs in total and doing the 5lbs in 5 days recently got me back on track. I must say the motivational videos are ACE and I found it much easier to keep to the juicing plan this time – and am committed to going on learning more about which fruit and veg I need to stay healthy and energised. I use the rebounder every morning to fire up my body and brain for the day ahead: I’m a business coach and Leadership specialist.
Being single, I’ve found it difficult to go on holiday on my own so after seeing Jason in Melbourne a couple of months ago there was a flyer for a 3 day detox at the end of February so I’ve booked in for that. So happy that I’ll be with like minded people and hoping it will lead to more adventures. I suppose my message is “It’s never too late to change!” I’ll be turning 63 next month and had really never felt more optimistic, healthy and well. Thanks to Jason for inspiring me to make these changes.
