What juicing programme did you follow?

I’ve just completed the 5lbs in 5 days juicing programme and I feel fantastic!

What were your results?

I am less bloated, I have more energy and my clothes fit better. Overall I just feel so energised! I have been juicing for a couple of years now and I wouldn’t change it for the world. It’s amazing how you feel like you’re just glowing health!

I didn’t do it just for weight, because now that I juice everyday I keep to the same weight. However, I did lose 3lbs in the week – which made me feel less bloated. I have done 5 detoxes, all of varying lengths. I lost all of my baby weight through a 7 day detox and have never looked back as it’s so easy to maintain the weight loss.

Would you recommend juicing to anyone else?

I was so inspired by juicing and Jason I set up my own Facebook page, I wanted to be able to shout about health and juicing. My passion is to inspire other people. Because I juice I have inspired my 2 girls and husband to get involved.

I have never felt healthier or happier than I do now because of juicing. I would definitely recommend to everyone, it’s so simple and the juices are gorgeous.

I am so grateful to Jason Vale and juicing for changing my life and my family lives. I thought I had a healthy lifestyle – until you discover the benefits of juicing!

What is your favourite juice?

It’s so hard to choose a favourite juicing recipe as I love them all. However I am having a lot of the banana berry crunch at the moment, it’s amazing.

Berry Banana Crunch

Juicing ingredients

  • Golden Delicious Apples x 2
  • 2 handfuls of mixed berries (Blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries, Strawberries)
  • Natural Yogurt x 2 tablespoons
  • 1/2 a Banana
  • 1 tablespoon of mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, linseed, etc)
  • Ice Cubes x 1 handful

Juicing instructions

Frozen berries work really well in smoothies.
