We spoke to Ketna Mistry who told us that she cannot believe the results juicing had on her health and the way she now thinks about food and nutrition…

What got you in to juicing?

What can I say apart from why didn’t I find Jason sooner!!…this has been amazing!

What programme did you follow?

I started this plan last Sunday (12th), and did the 5lbs in 5 days programme.

What were your results?

I finally weighed myself this morning to find I’ve lost 6lbs! That’s huge considering I’ve been trying to lose weight of some sort for the past 3yrs or so!!
I struggled as predicted but felt the benefits pretty much instantly! I am more alert, skin and hair – such a huge improvement! Having issues with psoriasis and eczema for a few years, the patch on my arm – finally gone!! The videos on Facebook were great inspiration! And the app made a whole lot of difference, very helpful indeed!!

I’ve always tried to live a healthy balanced lifestyle, but what you have done is awesome!! I’m glad I’ve done this. I’ve changed my way of thinking and feel positive that this year I will meet my goal! I’m now on the 14 day plan set out. We need you dotted around the UK – to be more visible to everyone! And easy access of juice when you’re on the go! 😉

What’s your favourite juice?

My fav would have to be the Super Juice! Really refreshing!

The Super Juice


  • ½ lime – peeled
  • 2 Golden Delicious or Royal Gala apples
  • ¼ pineapple
  • ¼ medium cucumber
  • ¼ ripe avocado
  • 10oz of fresh wheatgrass
  • 1 level teaspoon of spirulina
  • 1 capsule of Juice Master’s Friendly Bacteria (60 caps)
  • Ice cubes

Juicing Instructions

Juice the apples, pineapple, cucumber and lime. Put the avocado flesh into a blender along with the ice, wheatgrass, spirulina, and the friendly bacteria powder. Blend everything until smooth, pour and enjoy
