We spoke to Mandy Nichols who told us her fantastic results from taking part in the World’s Biggest Juice Detox!


I have lost 8lbs in 5 days and 2 inches off my waist! I can see my my stomach muscles for the first time in 10 years! I’m sleeping well, clear skin etc…

I’m a 44 year old massage therapist from Oxfordshire. For 20 years I have suffered cartilage pain in both my knees. By day 4 the pain in my right leg had disappeared, and was dramatically reduced in my left. Because of this I can start running again (gently at first of course)! This was a side effect I didn’t expect.

My body feels the cleanest it’s ever been. My skin feels great and I feel ready to put some good healthy food inside me now.

One of my main goals was to stop the sugar cravings. I was forever pinching my daughters sweets and thought nothing of demolishing an entire box of chocolate biscuits (four of them at Christmas!). My weight had crept up to 11 stone and I felt really sluggish when I started. Now, the cravings have gone – in fact I can think of nothing worse than shovelling a load of junk in. I am over the moon about this particular effect!  Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I would like to thank you all for your encouragement – having started off a little bit of a sceptic (in that I wasn’t sure I could do it) I am now really impressed with this plan – It is a real recharge and kick to the system. Well done to all you other juicers out there.

My husband has lost 7lbs and 3 inches off his waist!

He swam an extra 16 lengths at the pool on Friday (compared to the previous Friday!).

His sleep has improved, he has suffered with congested skin for years and it is much clearer, less spots, more even tone etc! He has more energy and feels much better in himself.

Together, we will do this detox four times a year now and incorporate juicing into our daily lives. A number of my friends are ordering the book and want to give it a go too.
