What got you in to juicing?

I signed-up to The World’s Biggest Juice detox – and I feel alive and energised!

What were your results?

I lost 6 pounds in 5 days, and lost 1″ off my waist and 1″ off my hips – and that dreaded muffin top!

Would you recommend juicing to anyone else?

I have already recommend, and will continue to recommend juicing to EVERYONE! Two friends have also done the 5 day plan on my recommendation!

How has Juicing changed your life?

Juicing has changed my life in the following ways: I now enjoy a juice for breakfast instead of my old usual cereal/toast. My weight has stayed off since I did the 7lbs in 7 days in July last year (apart from Christmas!); I am more aware of how much ‘processed’ food I eat, and my family eats, and have improved this for all of us. My body and mind definitely feel better when I juice, and worse when I don’t…It speaks for itself.

What is your favourite juice?

My favourite recipe was the Banana Berry Crunch for a sweet hit, and the Turbo Express for a ‘healthier’ boost!

Berry Banana Crunch

Juicing ingredients

  • Golden Delicious Apples x 2
  • 2 handfuls of mixed berries (Blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries, Strawberries)
  • Natural Yogurt x 2 tablespoons
  • 1/2 a Banana
  • 1 tablespoon of mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, linseed, etc)
  • Ice Cubes x 1 handful

Juicing instructions

Frozen berries work really well in smoothies.
