I’ve been juicing for over 6 years now. I usually had one juice first thing in the morning and on a few occasions have completed the 7-Day Juice challenge. I’ve had a long term back problem caused by muscle dysfunction and poor posture. I should do stretching and gentle exercise to keep correct posture, but I became physically lazy due to poor mental discipline.

Towards the end of 2018 my back locked up and I was in severe pain for over a month. I started to receive physiotherapy to work on fixing the problem which I’m still receiving months later. As part of my recovery and to help discipline my mind to carry out the stretching exercises, I decided to do the 28-Day Super Juice Me! Challenge.

My physiotherapist couldn’t believe my progress having been on the plan for just 2 weeks. The weight loss and good health sped up my recovery and now I feel fantastic. I wasn’t able to do intensive exercise during the plan, therefore I only walked and stretched regularly, but now I am much closer to full health and can jog and do light exercise routines.

There is no doubt that this is one of the healthiest ways to lose weight and cleanse the body. I now have a great platform to build my recovery on and get back to full fitness
